Tackle Football
MAC tackle football provides organized fall football opportunities for teams and clubs across Oklahoma. Our tackle program is built around structure, development, competition, and a strong game-day experience for athletes, families, coaches, and communities.
Grades 1st–6th
Fall tackle football for youth teams and clubs across Oklahoma.
Team Registration
MAC is team and club registration only through Exposure Events.
$30 Per Player
Flat registration fee across all current MAC sports.
Flag / 7v7 Football
MAC flag and 7v7 football gives teams and clubs a fast-paced way to develop skills, compete, and stay connected to the game. These spring and fall opportunities are built around speed, teamwork, and growth for younger and older athletes.
Kindergarten Flag
Fall flag football for Kindergarten athletes.
1st–2nd Grade Flag
Spring flag football for younger athletes.
3rd–8th Grade 7v7
Spring 7v7 focused on skill development and competition.

Team Registration
Teams and clubs register through the Midwest Athletic Conference app at a flat fee of $30 per player.
Individual Athletes
MAC is team registration only. Individual players should connect with a participating team or club.
